  30. If it were a constraint violation, it would not have been undefined
  31. behaviour. In any case, 5.1.2.2.1 is not a constraint because it does
  32. not appear in the constraint section. I would say that the use of
  33. constraint in 5.1.2.2.1 is in its non-technical sense rather than the
  34. one that 3.16 is referring to.
